my water was shut off. its me my husband and 3 kids that live in the house my husband was supose to be paying the water bill each month. when my water was shut off thats when i found out he hasnt been paying it. water company wants 460 dollars to turn it back on. dont have the money to turn it back on. is there any assistants in humboldt county to help me get it turned back on.
